Modelled state remains modelled
Calculated or propagated orbital state is labelled separately from direct observation. Source time, model time, freshness and evidence references remain part of the inspection context.
No spacecraft command authority
The current ASODI baseline does not execute propulsion, docking, capture, deorbit, collision-avoidance manoeuvres or other spacecraft actuation.
