Producer authority stays independent
ASODI is designed to consume reviewed, versioned outputs from independently governed producers. TVK-IADS, OSOIX and TVK Orbital retain authority for their own source domains; ASODI does not silently replace that authority.
Read-only by design
The current baseline is limited to situational awareness, evidence inspection, replay and source-health presentation. It does not create sensor-tasking, target-selection, flight-control, spacecraft-control, weapon-control or actuation authority.
Truth state is part of the record
Observed, modelled, synthetic, historical, stale and unavailable states remain explicit so presentation cannot silently upgrade uncertain or simulated information into observed truth.
